Viewing Trip Information
When considering a purchase, the next step is to take advantage of a subsidised viewing trip for the following reasons:

We would recommend that you think of your viewing as a business trip, it will be an important step in your decision to purchase and will involve travelling. For this reason it tends to be unsuitable for children.
Your viewing trip will also be a lot of fun. At Compass, it is our priority to ensure you that you feel relaxed when viewing. There is absolutely no pressure to buy and we are committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Example itinerary of your viewing trip
Day 1:
- Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar
- You will be met by our friendly representative and chauffeured to Algeciras
- Hydrofoil or Fastferry across the Straits of Gibraltar (Look out for the dolphins!)
- Meet our representative upon arrival. Chauffeured to 5 Star Hotel via Ceuta
- Evening at Leisure
Day 2:
- Breakfast meeting with Property Consultant
- Tour of local area
- View Properties of Interest
- Question & Answer session
Day 3:
- Return Home with Chauffeur
Viewing trip options:
All our property consultants live on the Costa Vista and have a thorough knowledge of the properties available. We will spend as much time with you as you require and will be able to answer any questions you may have based on our own personal experience. We have several options for you to choose from providing you with either a low cost or speedy trip.

OPTION 1 Fly directly to Tangier, Morocco and get up to £400.00 cash back on purchase. Once you have your flight number and arrival time we will be pleased to collect you at Tangier airport and transport you free of charge to your accommodation. Your return to the airport at the end of your visit will also be arranged by Compass Properties. There is no charge for the airport chauffeur service. |

OPTION 2 Fly to Gibraltar, Ferry to Ceuta and get up to £200.00 cash back on purchase. We will be pleased to collect you at the Gibraltar airport and transport you free of charge to the port in Algeciras, Spain (about a 15 minutes drive) where you catch a fast ferry directly to Ceuta. Ceuta is a Spanish enclave located on Moroccan soil, just 15 minutes from our office. A Compass employee will meet you at the Ceuta port and escort you into Morocco and on to your accommodation. Your return to the airport at the end of your visit will also be arranged by Compass Properties. There is no charge for the ferry crossing or the airport chauffeur service. |

Viewing trip - terms and conditions (based on 2 people viewing)
Compass will give cash back of up to £200 per person for OPTION 1, (maximum 2 people) or up to £100 per person for OPTIONS 2 & 3 (maximum 2 people). Clients must pre-pay for their own flights. Cash back for viewing trip will be applied upon request when client funds contract deposit.
Compass will pay for two nights at the 5 star Sofitel Marina Smir Hotel subject to availability. If other accommodation is preferred it will be the client's own expense. Offer applies for A maximum of 2 adults.
Compass will pay for ground transportation from the Malaga or Gibraltar airport. Once clients arrive at the Ceuta port they will be met by a Compass representative and brought to the hotel. Passports are required.
Compass only provides viewing trips to financially qualified individuals. If multiple decision makers are required to make a decision, all must attend. Clients are advised to place an initial refundable holding deposit prior to visiting. After viewing the properties and communicating a willingness to buy, the holding deposit is fully applying to the current procedure.
The viewing trip is only being offered to first time participants, and will not be available on an on-going basis.
